At Timpano-percussion, we want you to be completely satisfied with your instrument; if you are not, you may return eligible items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange. Please ensure all products are returned in their original packaging and in new, resaleable condition.

Return Process

  Contact our customer support team or log into your account to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Pack Your Gear

  Carefully pack the item in its original box with all included accessories, manuals, and a copy of your receipt.

  Ship the Package

  Affix the provided shipping label and drop the package off at any authorized courier location or schedule a pickup.

  Inspection and Refund

  Once our specialists verify the item's condition, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days.
